Creditor Assistance Book

As per the Creditors Assistance Act below is a log of proceeds of sales being held for 30 days prior to distribution.  All other creditors who have filed executions with a Court Bailiff or have filed registrar’s certificates under the Creditor Assistance Act, prior to or during the one-month period are entitled to share, pro-rata, in the proceeds of the sale. Please note priority creditors are entitled to claim the funds and do not need to share funds with other creditors. Additionally, if the debtor files for bankruptcy the funds will be forwarded to their Trustee. If you have an enforcement against any of the below listed Judgment Debtors please contact our office.
